I just picked up the 5 wire actuator 524f and 2 wire 524n one with the control module 454t and I am trying to figure out what the 5 wire acutator schematics are though.

I'm sure i could keep testing it and figure it out that way but itd be nice if someone had some input on it.

Are you sure that you want to go thru this. Its more wiring then standared. The only reason people with this setup is the central locking. like oem.

 

Thats the reason I want it is for the central locking.

any info on the wiring? I think i have an idea what is what but I"m not positive yet.

Sounds just like a Audiovox PRO-PDL-2B... http://www.audiovox.com/manual...B.pdf and it is just a plug-in for the actuators. 94

Actually waiting on the control box to show up. just ordered it. But from the pictures it doesn't have matching colors. I guess I should keep my mouth shut until I have all parts on hand. I have the 2 actuators but no control box (en route).

Looks like I should have went the Audiovox way.

 

Would not surprise me if the DEI actuators are just Audiovox ones in a DEI package. 94

 

haha. well the actuators actually have DEi and part number stamped on them so maybe the internals

 

those audiovox kits are great, ive put in more of those and spal power window kits than i can remember.

 

I also like them, they are the ones we use, very dependable, we did over 50 sets of the PRO-PDL2 and 4 this year, not counting just actuators, and not a single one has come back with a problem.
We are also a Spal dealer and did around 10 power window kits this year, 2 and 4 windows, and the year is not over yet, none of them have come back either. 94
