i have a itr jdm b18c and i want to reach the 200 hp to the wheel the car has dc 4-2-1 headers, aem colf air intake, 2.5 piping and a apexi cat back. im buyin cams skunk 2 pro 2 and hytech replicas headers my question is would i be able to hit the 200 hp to the wheel by getting the car tune or what do have to do
