Default Civic/CRX rear subframe brace

We are currently on the process of doing a rear subframe brace for civic/crx and if we have enough people here that are willing to buy one then we will make more after the prototype is done.

Well thanks for the info?

You will have to show us your product explain it and give us a reason why to buy and get an OK to be a sponsor if you want to sell your product.

While this Chassis is aging the sub frame is rather strong.

So how about some info?

Like we all know people think that the civic and crx rear subframe is strong enough but we see many of those EF that have to replace their rear subframe because they do break easy especially the 88 model because Honda use a diiferent material than other model.

So that is why we come with a rear subframe brace that will help prevent break from the civic and crx rear subframe.

Currently we are designing the prototype brace for our own crx.
And if people are interested afterward then we will make some more, depending if we have enough people that would be ready to buy one.

I think the EG would fit but we would have to drill new holes and pass long bolts across the subframe. Here's a picts of an EF with an EG brace but it's not all bolted up.

You will have to wait for the pictures.
And for the price we hope to have it a little lower than the ASR brace for EG

Well, I bought a "ASR" style brace for my EK built by a machinist in Grandy for under 150$ shipped including all hardware (clear coated, 6061-T6 aluminum). Comes anodized too. Limited amount. However, there was not much R&D involved compared to you guys.

I see the sway bar is not connected to body and why do you need a tie bar when you got a giant brace acting like a tie bar?

It's called "Bling" for that extra tie-bar.

Hey FSA, you should also consider fabbing and selling some L-brackets. These bolt in under the tow hooks, and are the best way to put a sway bar on the EF/CRX chassis without overstressing the subframe.

As long as you get a sway-bar that mounts like Honda designed it to, like fireant's pic, you shouldn't need any brace.
ST, ASR make RSB's that mount to the factory tow hook,
