CAN I USE MY BROTHERS GSR CRANK IN THIS BLOCK? IF SO WHAT HAS TO BE DONE,FOR IT TO WORK? AND IS IT WORTH IT?

In short, no you can't use that crank.

Someone else might be able to, but I don't think you can.

He is serious. If anything you would have to use the crank and rods out of a b17.

I'm always cautious to say anything can, or cannot be done with finality. With enough money you really can do anything. But the GSR crank in the B16 block is pretty much a no. Without changing the deck height. Which would be totally impractical.
