Can I use any housing?

OK I have this turbo... a T3 60 trim/.60A/R, and .48 turbine off a ford svo/thunderbird

could i use any T3 compressor housing on this turbo? Or would it have to be the same type as the one that's in the pic? The one I have is fine i just don't like how the piping going to the compressor in and oulets have to be flanged and bolted up to the turbo.

The flanges are really easy to have made. I am doing a Turbo on a Grand Am V6 with a T3 from a ThunderChicken same one you have.
Just take a template from the Turbo inlet and Outlet to a local machine shop and they should be able to cut them for you for pretty cheap then just have the pipes welded to it.
