is there a difference in rear calipers on all 5 lug???
hey guys i did a lot of searching on Honda-tech and didn't find anything that relates to my problem, so i need some help im not sure if im getting ripped off. i got a fastbrake integra type r nsx rear brake upgrade and the brackets don't fit., the holes are too wide for me to bolt the bracket to the spindle.
so i emailed them and they told me that they never had a problem they been making this kit for 4 years now. so i sent them pictures and so they emailed me right back and said that i have the older version 5lug and that the kit is made for a newer version, and that there is nothing that they can do. i always thought that all 5 lugs are the same can someone help me out.
here is pictures off the bracket that i got in the kit and my caliper bracket

http://fastbrakes.com/shop/pro...d=186 here is the link to the product. (its under 1997-2001 integra type r.)

You likely have the pre-'98 itr rear suspension, which is, in fact, different from that of the 98-01 itr.
I'm w/ Bbasso; nsx rear break swap seems a waste, unless you're putting down enough power that you need >12" front rotors for adequate braking, and thus might actually benefit from the larger rear setup for better bias. Still, he's right; I've never heard of anyone having problems with insufficient braking in the rear, at least which couldn't be fixed using a more aggressive pad.

Looks like you have a 97 usdm rear brake setup, not going to work. You need a 4 or 5 lug type r spindle from japan or a 98-01 usdm spindle. 97 usdm is a odd ball.
