A couple of days ago, my accord 99 has an rare acceleration .
In parking or neutral the accel. is fluctuating between 1000 and 1750 RPM. without push the pedal
On D4 the RPM is 1200 without push the pedal .
I need to know the reason en any possible solution .

 

if you just started the engine. its revs higher to warm up the car. this is true for all cars.

I have a similar problem and am thing IACV and FITV. FAQ covers the cleaning procedure.

 

yeah dude, sounds like either the FITV, IACV, or TPS. I had the exact same issue, and i think its pretty common cause i see like at least 1 post a week about this.
