boomslang harness and iacv?

boomslang harness and iacv?
i keep throwing code 14{iacv}..
i have 12 volts at one side of the plug on the iacv.. but i read in the boomslang obd0-0bd1 harness there is a pink wire on subharness for iab? is this needed to be connected to the iacv?? or can someone tell me wat 2 pins on a p28 need to be connected to the iacv plug? thnx
