I need to know if a 95 EX distributor would work on a 90 model Accord?

 

i would say yes, but a dist from a vtec engine on a non-vtec car makes me wonder...so i can't say for sure

 

No, different designs, and different manufacturers. The F22B1 motor uses a Hitachi distributer, the F22A1 uses a TEC unit.

the starter is from different manufacters. I used my Accord EX starter on a 98 H22A. And the Accords used the internal coil so thats not an issuse. I'm gonna try it and see if it doesn't work i'll let you guys know how it turns out.

 

And as for the vtec and non-vtec. The H23 and the H22 are the same distributor so i know will work. i'll pick you guys posted.
