I recently picked up a big mitsu evo intercooler, and I was wondering how well they fit on the 96-00 front end.. I know i'll need to remove the bumper support, but will any cutting of the bumper be required? any pics?

 

Yeah it will fit with some slight mods. I am almost certain you will need to cut some of the bumper grill but don't quote me on it.
