I did the clutch, pressure plate,throwout bearing, nd pilot bearing..now the tranny is makin a noise when the clutch in pushed half way it gets louder nd wen the cltuch is on the floor the noise stops completely..i have no idea wat i [freak]ed up..plz help

 

sounds like it's the throw out bearing.

Just did a B18 swap w/ GSR tranny in my Civic(brand new everything), and Ive got the same problem. When clutch is all the way to the floor, noise goes away, but if i lift up to 3/4 down, then I get a scratching/grinding noise(when in neutral). No drivability problems, just an annoying noise. This is my DD too...
