Default Mugen MR-5 bolt torque specs?

Someone here once posted them. For seperatng the 2 parts. need the Ft lbs to resecure the bolts. Searched no founded. Maybe 60ft lbs?

I think it was 12 point 8mm socket at Sears for like $4.

35 lb/ft is too little put them at 60 lb/ft to be safe

Okay, so I have heard 25 ft lbs somewhere else, 35-60 ft lbs here. So should I crank one till it breaks, see what the rating was and subratc about 5 lbs from that?

If you want to warp the mounting plates, sure.

I used a 12pt 5/16 socket. Worked like a charm. good old crafstman.

How much did you torque it down?
