stupid clutch...!!!
Sorry for asking a clutch question, as they all have been answered a million times, but here's my problem.
So i replaced the input shaft bearing in the transmission, and while i was at it i replaced my clutch. once i put everything back in my clutch pedal was super soft. I have tried bleeding it by pumping it like you would when doing a brake job, then also tried the "pump down, open valve, close valve, pump up" deal too. The clutch is still soft, and i have ran quite a bit of fluid through the lines.
So is this even normal, as i didnt open any clutch lines, and my fluid is not leaking anywhere! also is it normal for the throw out bearing to slide really loosely back and forth?! (before the engine was bolted up) the clearances between shaft and bearing are correct, but moving it was really easy, as when i took out the old t/o bearing it was in there tight...
And lastly has anyone heard of taking an oil can and pumping the fluid through the bottom of the line up into the resevoir? just curious as I am at wits end and cant figure this out.
Thanks for any input.......

yes, new clutch, pressure plate, t/o bearing, etc... and before i swapped everything out, my clutch was fine, just replaced it because it would have needed it in a little while, and it was all apart.
