when you install the new axle is there suppose to be a gap from the midshaft to the axle? i cant tell if it's in all the way or not like if it's suppose to sit flush or if there is a gap?
a gap like in the hole in the half shaft u mean? u can pull the outer part of the axle right out of the point where it connects via the halfshaft. Generally if the inner axle isn't all the way in the mounting bolts for the halfshaft won't line up, so thats a good sign. But not sure if im thinking of the same gap you are..a little more info and i think ill have a better idea what your lookin at...or maybe a picture? hahaha

haha i know it's hard to explain. there isnt a hole anywhere but where the female end meets the half shaft there is a little gap there ill try and take a picture and post it soon. well anyway i drove it around and it works so if there wasn't suppose to be a gap i just want to make sure it doesnt fall out on me when im taking a corner or something.
