1998 honda accord sunroof problem
My sunroof opens and closes but it doesnt close all the way, it seems like it will not lift up to close the sunroof. I have a 3 inch gap. i checked out all the fuses and they seem to be fine,anyone have any idea?

I think he means if the stripping got in the way
rather than it being just rotton.
**** it could be a dead squirrel up in the tracks preventing it from closing.
I'd say the only way to trouble shoot it is take down the headliner/etc and look at the motor/track assembly

true but if he can manually close it then he can rule out a a seal also that would tell if the track is clear and then it is isolating to the cables or motor assy.

He never responded with if it could close manually or not haha. So kinda screwed outta that one too. Random stabs int he dark until OP replies
