alittle in vtec...from what my friends told me lol.... i think i did the test wrong i was reading up were somebody said to"Make sure you do the compression test with the engine warm, injectors unplugged, wide open throttle. Crank 5-8 times" but all i did was take one plug out at a time and bump it 3 times then replaced the plug and moved to the next cly

no need to remove your plugs.. do one cyl at a time..
Usually takes about 10 full cranks to get the MAX psi per cyl, i usually crank until the needle doesn't move anymore but i usually do 10 per cyl just to make sure, with WOT.

If you forgot to unplug your injectors or disable them by pulling the ecu fuse, you're just washing down the cylinders with fuel which gives you much lower compression readings. Make sure your fuel system is disabled before you do it next time.

don't worry too much about the numbers, they always vary depending on the gauge you're using. All you really want to look for is that the numbers are very close to each other.

Yeap.
Yeap.
Higher compression motors will yield higher numbers. so a stock gsr would yield lower numbers than say an itr which are worn in the same. 200s would be awesome for a gsr that has 90k on the odo.

In for some results.

Yeah, my stock gsr measured 180-195 with 78k miles. After the rebuild, with ITR pistons I measured 195-210
