Default Rocket Motorsport Cams

Whats going on HT? I thought I would post some pics of my RM cams seeing that not to many people come across RM cams.

Intake cam
Lift: 12.5mm
Duration: 262

Exhaust Cam
Lift: 12mm
Duration: 262

Rocket and I choose to go with a custom intake cam in order to get more v2v clearance with my RLZ big valve head (34mm intake valves, stock exhaust).

Customer RM Intake Cam w/ M24xx Exhaust Cam.

Customer Intake Cam

M24xx Exhaust Cam

Hope you enjoy

Pics of the head that they are going in.

I had the pleasure of seeing this cylinder head in person. Even though it was only illuminated with an LED flashlight in the dark, it looks like you've gotten some "real deal" work.

Heeding Robert's advice will only yield positive results. Only with regards to engines though. Dont let him advise you on the female sex. Last time we went to a bar, big hands, adams apple, esch... I shoulda seen that one comin.

Your assumption was right. 52mm Twm Itbs
Yes I'll post numers once I have some.

GE sleeved block with ERL girdle
crower 92mm crank
crower 5.531" LS long rods
85mm rollerwaves, 12:1 CR
endyn did the headwork
endyn bumpsticks
+misc

well the ITBs is fancy but u think the edelbrock will stay on the engine i guess. i just need to find info about intake tuning soon to decide on what piping i would need. until then the mugen airbox would do the job

on the exhaust side do i have a RMF header, dont know what he called it but i orderd a narrow header but recived the on RSmachines is advertising with now. but after that i only have a 2.5" HKS system so when i have extra cash i would try a 3" system an see if that would help

Glad to see someone with a VERY similar build. When doyou think your build will be done.

These two motor should stir up some pretty good talk around here. (By that I mean)

Endyn Vs Rlz head work
Crower vs Eagle rods
Endyn Cams Vs RM cams
Manifold Vs. Itbs

You get the picture. It should very interesting around here if we can get these motor running.

P.s. I was going to go the same route as you but after ordering my piston thru endyn I wasnt happy with the service.

P.s.s. yea Itbs are I guess fancy but we shall see what they do on the dyno.

Wow! Those are some nice parts you got there!
Im slowly building a very similar bottom end as well...

Darton sleeved block 85mm
Scat 92mm crank
Eagle H-beam Long rods
Endyn Rollerwave Pistons 12ish to 1
Stock B16b head (for now)

Cant wait to see what you make!
Are you putting it in a DD or track car?

If you have the rmf header that rs is posting then it is called the RMF Drag header. I'll pro pony up fpr one after the winter. I was going to order one but randy pulled a David Copperfield.

98vtec what are you referring to? 40w or50w?

I didnt know that Endyn offered the 85mm pistons at 12.1 compression, all listing on his website list them with higher compression.
