When i start my car after it sits a little bit i get locked out of my gears then i will pump the clutch a lil bit and then they will open up again also the clutch seems to be ingaging a little lower than normal...... any ideas wats up?

 

busted spring in the clutch disc. That will make it very difficult to get into gear

It's possible. I did it to a clutch in my old Integra before. I noticed it began harder and harder to get into gear; it didn't matter if the car was sitting still or driving.

When I separated the transmission from the engine and looked at the clutch, I had found that all of the springs in my clutch hub were extremely loose and ready to pop out.
