i currently bought a hatch back eg shell with a integra B.A.R sticker for a integra 1993 motor, but if i swap a stock civic motor in can i pass the smog with it??? because the car vin is now a b18?? and if i pass the smog,and if the cop pull me over will my car get tow??? i live in cali where's there's no more B.A.R so i dont know what to do. plzzz help thanks.
