as the topic states i am in the process of buildin a b16 in ma crx wanted to kno if
B18c gsr head (5 angle valve job)
Ctr cams /M24/Skunk2 pro 2/BC3/Obx Stage 3
Aem cam gears
Rm springs & retainers
Dh-racing 65-70 tapered TB
Dh-racing 70mm ported IM
Hondata IM gasket
Aem short ram
Mugen 2-ply head gasket
Jvt racing header
ctr piston
gsr bearings
s1 tranny
4.7/4.9 final drive (currently has factory final drive
hondata s200
looking for 13's on street tires around 12.5 on slicks
compression should be around 13 ish planning on it being a daily driver and kicking some *** on the weekend.
91 octane week days
103 kick *** days
any advice will be well appreciated
yea i dont see it making 200whp and with compression up around 13 you should be running atleast 93 octane. and to run any other fuel higher octane your gonna have to make another map on your s200 you cant just put it in your tank and run on your map.

There are a number of potential problems with your setup and you obviously need some education on how to build and what parts to select to be sucessful. That posted link will help give you what you want if you're willing to take the time to get it and watch it.

i have been reading the feed back and found ma post has come under a lot or criticism but since this setup seem to be unorthodox i am requesting help in creating a build more suitable of making my goals possible

B18c gsr head (5 angle valve job) 5 angle is for domestics, we do 3 here bud
Ctr cams /M24/Skunk2 pro 2/BC3/Obx Stage 3 Ctr and BC3 cams listed in the same place as RM24 and S2 pro 2. I think you need to do some more cam research.
Aem cam gears as long as they aren't the 3 bolt
Rm springs & retainers ALWAYS match your VT with your cams if you can
Dh-racing 65-70 tapered TB 70mm will most likely be overkill on this setup
Dh-racing 70mm ported IM I'm up in the air about this, but performer Xs are proven to make power
Hondata IM gasket waste of money IMO - heatsoak still transfers through studs and ambient air
Aem short ram ok

i agree with most everything here. on the valves and angles. most v-8 builds still use a 3 angle job since, if done right it looks nearly round. 5 angle jobs do happen and may be better on large valve and i'm talking like 2.2" valves here since you have so much surface area. a 3 angle job on the dinky honda valves looks round, it's wonderful, it's great and much better than the stock 45deg 1 angle. piston wise. i just dislike cast pistons. if you set up 4032 and use a good casting the piston to wall can be damn near as tight and you have a much better slug to build on. my personal favorite is the mahle powerpak since it's not much more than cast and the quality is much better. they also use the new thin nitraded steel top rings. valvespring wise, always match to the cam, don't get hung on any brand name. i would also look to names like crower or ferrera in valves before i would new players who are made god knows where. cam wise, your choices are all over the map. so much so i can't even compare them. don't use OBX. that much i can tell you. crower has a stage 2 cam that is ideal for a DD in my OP. it has some pretty aggressive v-tec lobes but mild primaries. the performer x is a given, best manifold made for an NA build sub 9,000 rpm. ditch that headgasket for a felpro or honda MLS. just make sure the machine work is done for MLS. joe blow who cuts heads may forget to use the right wheel. as far as bearings. a good machine shop can get clearances anywhere they want them. my build used the ACL's
last but not least. ditch the b16 and find a b18c or b20 block to build. 200whp just became a whole lot easier.
