Popping sound under hard braking

i've been trying to find that same noise in my car for 2 years...
i think it might be the steering rack....everything else is 100% tight, cant find problems with the rack ,but might be something with that.

Because I have changed my inner and outer tie rods and put in polyurethane mount inserts on my driver and tranny mount (I already had changed out the mount inserts for the front and rear) and I still have the pop sound on the passenger side when braking. It isn't LOUD, but noticeable.
