Default 6th gen trans swap ecu problem

Just completed my swap from auto to manual. used the swap guide. have engine lites w/ auto ecu. I was told i could swap ecu with a manual car and it would solve problem. tried it and now it won't start. cranks but won't fire. help?

The car has an immoblizer built into the ECU. It has to be reprogrammed at Honda to work with your key. Ive heard it runs around ~100+ dollars.
