Default Kicker L5 vented truck wedge box vs. vented square box

Anyone running a Kicker L5/L7 vented truck wedge type box in there hatch? I'm just curious if it's any better than running a regular vented sub box.

The vented truck wedge type box is slimmer so I was wondering if it lets out less bass than the vented square type boxes?

Go with the one that has internal air volume and tuning closest to the manufacturer's recommendation. It is possible to get an approximation by using the external measurements (the truck wedge is a little more difficult), but I would contact the sellers for correct volume.

BTW, even if you calculate the internal volume based on external dimensions and assumed wall thickness, you will not have port displacement without getting port area and length.
