Tire pressure help.

I have been autocrossing for a couple of years, and I have never had a good understanding on how to read and correct my tire pressures. My fellow racers are tight lipped (understandably). I was just wondering if someone could shed some light on what they and what to look for. I have a 92 civic hatch totally gutted, runninga set of kuhmo V710's on 13in lensos. Thanks in advance
