Cutting hood supports for B18c1
All the old posts pictures dont work.
I have a gsr using a efb2 kit from hasport and im going to use the sheet of plastic with paint method to figure out where to cut the hood.
But I cant take any chances as the valve cover is candy painted and need to be sure that it wont hit while the engine moves while driving
Please post a picture of where you cut your hood and whether it rubs AT ALL now.
Thanks for any help!!

I won't clear even if you cut all the webbing out. Mine still rubs on the front right corner (next to the timing cover) with no webbing and washers.
PS: I have hasport mounts

with all the webbing cut on a stock usdm hood mine rubbed, so I got a metal zc hood and a SIR style CF hood which both clear, but with the ZC hood i had to cut a bit of webbing (it lines up with the fenders and bumper much better).
