Default Which Engine to swap

I have a 95 ex with and auto trans and stock d16z. I am going to do a swap and I was researching the different engines. I leaning towards an b16, b18 or k20 or possibly a h22. I also planning on swapping the trans to manual. My question is which engine would you recommend, why and how much work would it be? Are there any major things i should know a/b. I know the b series engines are pretty common but i don't usually hear people talking about k20s or h22 as much.

What's your budget, and what do you want out of this setup?

I'd do these personally,

H2B or B18B.

D/B's are easiest, as well as the lowest price. But I think an LS Turbo is awesome, and not as common.
