First preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Grease your pan. Remove the headlight when a nice golden brown (after about 5-6 minutes).

OP..... i highly recommend you use a heat gun in place of a conventional oven to do this. Yes, it can be done, but you also haven't done it before and aren't familiar with the process.
A heat gun will allow you to concentrate the heat where it needs to be applied to soften the glue. Make sure you use caution when using a heat gun as well though. You can still melt parts of the headlight if you aren't careful.
Good luck.

thanks for the advice everybody...
i turned the oven up to about 375 degrees...put the headlight in for about 3 minutes. got most of the glue off, put it back in for 3 more minutes, and it worked perfectly.

375 is a bit high and isnt really safe, with a lower temperature it takes a little bit more time but much less of a chance of melting things
also heat gun works but can be a bit more of a pain then the baking method

true, 375 is a bit high. but it came out PERFECT. nothing melted whatsoever.
i did 375 for 3 minutes, took the headlight out, and got MOST of the glue off.
put it back in their for 3 minutes, and that was enough for me to get the rest of the glue off.
