Default too much fuel.. or not enough spark?

okay i have a civic. but with a b18c1 in it.

its been dyno tuned with hondata s100, i did a FULL wire tuck on it every sensor is plugged in, all grounds are on.(i think). i got everything together, i go to start it and it wont start unless i put my foot on the gas like 1/4 of the way. then i have to hold the gas pedal until the idle smoothes out. it sounds as if i have huge cams in it. then it will idle good, but if i barely tap the gas pedal, it will drop in rpms and shutter and shake like its about to die.

problem number 2

once im on the road and driving, if i go through the gears in 1st and 2nd, it runs great, but then when i go into 3rd it falls on its face. i then put it into 5th and it runs good..

idk wtf the problem is..

It sounds like a fuel problem, not a spark problem, and I doubt you'll be fixing anything..

okay, weird problem...

i went out into the garage to tinker. and i got the car running.. and at that time i decided to re locate my trans ground. when i took it off i noticed my idle smoothed out.. hmm. so then i tried to replicate my problem of when i barely touch the gas normally it would die. but this time it didnt? wtf, so i tried to replicate the other problem with the start, and of course with no ground connected i couldnt start it..
