imput shaft??

imput shaft??

should my imput shaft pull in and out and wiggle back and forth and make crackaly grinding noises??

Some end play is normal. Measure it with a dial indicator. Does it make the noises when you rotate the shaft?

it should have some play but not much ,but if it's making crackly and grinding noises you should get it checked out by a tranny shop

yea it makes noses when turned and it gose inward prity far i dono if its suposto do that and would anybody kno what it would be and should i just buy a new one for 350??
