Default im tired of seeing your cars stolen try this!!

ok guys from what i see in this forum there are a lot of cars being stolen, which sucks cus i know how much work goes into these bad boys. so i want to help everyone out. some of these tips can go either way so please be careful by either way i mean it could help a thief also so please follow through everything to keep your car from being stolen..

ok to start us of i want to say that honda's and acura's are super easy to steal which makes them on on going target.

to steal one you don't need much if they know what to look for and some of those are mistakes that we make while doing are mods and such..

one thing you can do is to have an alarm to help deter the thieves. having at least 2 led lights so that its very noticeable. this is the first step to help keeping your car safe

another very good thing to help keep your car safe is to have a kill switch or 2. i recommend having two, one to kill your ignition, and one to kill your gas. if you want a third one just to be super safe get one to kill the ecu this once a little bit more technical because you don't want to keep resetting the ecu's memory so its trickier to wire up.

also you might want to relocate the wire that popps your hood, somewhere inside the egine bay

here are some don'ts. mainly in acuras don't take off the underlining in the fender well because the line the pops you hood is right there so the only thing the thieve has to do is reach under there and bam your hood is popped. and if they reaally want your car they can just cut the plastic

don't go parading about your car because this will attract the wrong crowd. even someone you think is your friend will screw you over.

believe it or not a acura key can start up a civic with a little work and a civic key and start up another civic with almost no trouble, learned this from experience, my freind tried to turn my other friends civic on with his teg key and it took him about a minute to turn it on, vise versa my friend with the civic got into mine and turned my car in in less then 5 seconds with his civic key.

so be very weary of your car because these things are expensive i hope i helped you guys some bump if you like or bump if you want further tips

I can't understand a word of that entire post...

I'd just like anyone reading this thread to completely disregard what this person has written, and just click here: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/1794938 for everything you need to know about Honda security.

Can we get a lock based on incoherence?
