no to the Dropzones, they are sold as "racing" and that's what they are good for, lousy ride on the highway, too hard for road use if you want a compfortable ride.
As for value for money, yes, thay are good quality, but too hard by a long way.

well i had a s2000 and the ride was pretty stiff and i liked it.
and i want something that would also grab the floor, so im not afraid if the dropzone is a rough ride
i had tokico blue and h&r sport before and the ride was real nice but the car swing left and right to much when i took turns

because my car is on h&r coilover in the front and maxspeed springs on the back
and the police where i live is pulling over everyone, they got nothin else to do
so i wanted to get a full coilover set for a good price that i can aford

Had just the sleeves on my Integra GSR, rode nicely. Can't say about these full strut setups.
By the way, it makes no sense that you're buying a full coilover setup cause cops are pulling everyone over? You're going from having a lowered stance to have a lowered stance, I don't see the difference here..
What does it have to do with you being pulled over lol

Figures, he's in Sacramento. It's not bad in Orange County, well not for me at least.
