Default will the DA integra suspension work on an EF 1991 DX hatchback?

whole integra DA suspension to a 1991 ef hatch back DX.

i was curious if they will just swap right over?
if it does, is there going to be any issues?

i am looking to do it because i heard it does fit right over and also the DA will give it more of a stiffer ride.

thanks. so i would have to verify with you. what they said for sure is that it fits but the DA length is longer then the ef. so it would bolt on but it wont lower that much compared to any ef setup?

it will raise your ef up since the springs are made for a car that weighs more. great for an offroad project

but from i read, i thought the main reason is because the shock body is longer.

now what happens if i got an aftermarket coilover made for the DA but i use i for the ef?
i wanted to get the stiffer DA setup versus the regular ef.

The stiffness is all dependent on the shock/spring combo that u use. The suspension other than that is not going to change.

If all you want is a stiffer ride you can get Ground Control coilovers in custom spring rates and match them to a good set of shocks like Koni yellows.

Besides the geometry is different on the front knuckles of the integra, they will still work just not as the suspension was designed to. If you want the larger brakes the best way to go is to use the Civic SiR front knuckles and then use the DA rear.

well there is a whole lot to choose from in the way of stiffer suspension for the EF, so no worries you can still get that teeth shattering ride with the aftermarket EF springs.

What about Eibach Prokits from a DA on a 91 4 door???? The car I just bought is dropped 2.5" and I need it back to near stock height, but stiffer spring rates.

Maybe even H&R OE Sports from a DA on the 4 door?

The mud flaps scrape going down the highway!
