Default Passenger side window goes up/down slowly

I know that parts tend to dry up, or at least the lubricants do, so I used WD-40 on the whole freakin' thing, and to no avail. I kept checking to see if I could see anything abnormal but nothing. I don't know what else to do now, other than replacing the regulator. Also, I hear a screechy noise sometimes when the window goes in either direction.

Anyone else with any ideas on how to fix this, before I just put my door panel back on? It's not a big deal, but I'm just **** about my car being in absolute perfect condition.

Thanks.

...btw... I have a '00 EX.

If it is power windows the window regulator motor might be going out, just a guess tho. Your best bet might be just to get a new one of ebay pretty cheap.

REgardless of what anyone tells you, wd40 is NOT a penatrating fluid or lubricant.
It is a water dispersant ie: WD and it was the 49th formula till they got it to do what they wanted.
Yes it has some minor lubricating factors, but it's not anything you need for this job, it's just great for squirting in the distributor if it got wet, and that's all it's good for in my book.
Get some silicone spray lube, not the white stuff that changes into grease, this stuff is like water and leaves a thin film of silicone particles when it dries, perfect for rubber squeeks and door glass runners etc. Empty a whole spray can into each side of the door glass with the window down, run them up/down a few times to work it in, all the liquid will evaporate shortly. if this doean't fix it, you have to "go in"

Alright, thanks, I'll try that out.

Also, I'm not sure how to explain this, but when the window goes down (or up), it goes along one side of the rubber, and eventually they meat at a cross, and the window crosses over to the other side of the rubber. The part that I'm talking about is near the side view mirror, not near the door handle. Again, I'm not too sure how to explain it, as I have absolutely no idea what it's called, possibly the window "run?" Is this normal? Or should it never cross over?

Also, the window does not go all the way down, it sticks up a little more than it should. Now, I'm not sure if this matters or not, but when I bought the car, there was glass inside of it, and also some glass behind the door panel, meaning it was broken and replaced.

Thanks again.

you may end up taking the door panel off to investigate, sounds like the runner liner may be bunched up in the tracks a little.

Well, the door panel is already off, but it's hard to investigate it because of the metal wall between the window and my line of sight.
