IACV Interchangability
Depending on which version of B16A you have: OBD0, OBD1 or OBD2?
OBD1, you can use the Del Sol Vtec's.
OBD2, use Civic Si DOHC Vtec's
OBD0, you can try one from DA integra.
They have different mounting hole patterns.
The 92-95 Civic Si SOHC's will bolt up to the OBD1 B16, but it's not made for that motor.

im guessing be has a b16a(first gen) so i think the del sol vtec is the only USDM part available....the 99-00 si is the a different than the first gens

I have no IACV or FITV and my car idles at 850rpm on eCtune with no CEL, in my daily driver.
