Default b16a obd0 cold start

I have a 88 crx si with a b16a. I have troubles with it wanting to start after sittin for awhile when it is less than 50degrees F. It will crank 10 to 15 times then start but when it does fially start it revs up and down untill it warms up. Also if you try to drive it before it is warm it will barely pull itself. All it has done to it is a intake and a cat-back plus i hollowed the cat. the things i've done to try and fix i consist of new plugs and wires, new o2 sensors, new map sensor, coolant temp sens, idle air control, and the sensor in the top of the intake manifold.

Also I've checked and all wires apear to be hooked up correctly

one other thing i had to hard wire the fan to a switch because it would not turn on by itsself

that's actually pretty scary. I'd go over that wiring again and make quadrupily sure the ECU is good.

Do you think that the fan switch could be my prob? Because my car had the cold start problem before i hard wired the switch.

from just reading your posts so far, it sounds like you've either got:
A) wiring problem
B) bad sensors
C) bad ECU
or
D) some combo of A-C
