advantages/disadvantages of lightweight flywheel?

Default advantages/disadvantages of lightweight flywheel?

i just put a b16a in and plan on going turbo in the next year(this is also my dd).. but i was considering getting a new flywheel when i upgrade the clutch.. what are the disadvantges of a lightweight flywheel/is it worth buying?

i heard its better to keep the flywheel heavier on a turbo motor bcuzz it helps keep the turbo spooled up

meaning it spools at lower rpms or keeps it spooled when shifting?
and will it be able to spool faster with the new flywheel?
