Default Timing belt tension question - F22

Apparently there seems to be a vast majority of people suffering from the "supercharger whine" after replacing timing belt. I did my timing belt, tensioner, balance shaft belt, water pump, ect a few months back. It makes a whining noise at low RPMs, cant really hear it after 2000, which everything leads me to believe the belt is too tight. I think I might have overtightened the adjusting nut (the one at the center of the tbelt cover). Could that put too much pressure on the auto tensioner? I havent had the chance yet but I will remove the valve cover to check the belts (got to do valve lash anyway). Should I loosen that bolt a little and retorque to spec (yes I know I am dumb ).

BTW: F22a1, not doing the manual tensioner right now

Your F22 engine already has a manual tensioner setup. Loosen the tension on the belt and repeat the tensioning process.
