I just got a set of Tein HA's, im gonna put them on tomorrow if i can get off work early. I was just wondering what setting are you guys running on the shocks. Just trying to get a general idea of what people use for Daily Driving, and Track time. Thanks for the time.

depends on your idea of rough
I personally prefer to know when i roll over large bugs, etc

well 1/1 is what? equal to stock stiffness, or close at least. I just prefer a stiffer ride. when i first started with the Teins i rocked 1/1, then i started messing with higher stiffness, and found i could deal with it, feels much better to me. just mess with it a bunch when you get it put on, you'll figure out fairly soon how much you can/want to handle

On my hatch back, I started with 8/8 like they recommend and my rear didn't even compress at all (400lb spring).
I am daily driving 3f/1r now. I can probably go up a little bit, but the wife will complain.
This weekend will be my first auto-x with them, so I am going to start at 8f/10-12r

As for daily driving, I started out around 6/4 to feel the ride and compared to stock. Eventually, you'll get use to the ride and increase the damper settings. The conditions of the roads in your area might be a factor as well. Enjoy!!
