Default H22 EGR Vacuum help

Can anyone help me out. I have a H22 in a del Sol. I had the swap done by a company that no longer exists way back in '01. It ran perfectly for years with no CELs and no driveability problems. I recently left the car at my boys house and he decided to mess around with the vacuum lines for some unknown reason. He wasn't able to figure out how they all went back correctly. Now I have an EGR vacuum hose that I don't know where it goes. Does anyone have a H22 swap that they are running with the EGR that they can show me a pic of the way the vacuum is run. I tried running a T-connection off of the 2 ports on the drivers side of the IM but the engine was bogging and would hardly stay at idle. I have a feeling this is because the EGR vavle was being held open all of the time. Please no comments about changing to a P72 or P28 as I would like to retain the EGR for fuel efficiency and emissions purposes ( I am running a JDM P13 BTW) I also know that it did at one time run with the engine set up the same way it is now. Thanks in advance

Thanks but that is the stock photo. I am asking how you would run the vacuum lines if the egr control solenoid valve and the egr vacuum control valve were not there. I tried putting a T on #24 and #12 in the pic to run #16 and the engine was bogging

What is the point of using an EGR if you are bypassing the control valve?

How they had it run it was getting vacuum from somewhere which acted the same as the control valve so the EGR activated when it was supposed to. At this point I'm just ready to go to a junkyard and get the Control valves
