Default h22a in 99 civic si

does anyone know if you can keep the air conditioning in a 99 Civic Si if you put the H22A engine in it? I am thinking about taking out my b16a2 w/ JRSC and dropping the H22A engine in. Any opinions about this feel free to post them(good or bad). I want as much info about this before I do it. Thanks in advance.
