Default 1996 Accord V6 getting very poor gas mileage.

I just bought a 96 honda accord V6 Automatic. And i have owned many hondas in the past and I know that i should be getting better gas mileage than 21.6 MPG. Car seems to be running great, i just changed the Ignition coil due to a Tachometer going haywire, and that fixed it but i am still getting crappy mileage. What should i do? Thanks in advance!

I dont think its my motor. I am thinking maybe electrical. Would somthing like Distributor Cap, Rotor, Plugs, Wires, Fuel filter be somewhere to start. Does that injector cleaner stuff work? And oil stablilzer? Wtf is that

check to ensure that the lockup torque coverter is working properly.....also, 5th gen V6 accords are a hefty 3300+ lbs
