Default NO START ISSUE, have fuel, spark to all 4...timing is good

94 GSR, new plugs, wires, dizzy. Checked for spark to all 4 cyl, and have fuel to all 4 cyl. Only 1 & 3 are hot on header after cranking, 2 & 4 are still cold.

Please help. Any ideas?

BTW, this is an all new motor, it has never ran. EVERYTHING is new/rebuilt.
GSR block/ B16 PnP head, S2S2 cams

it should start. :S try removing spark plugs and add a little oil down the hole and give it some more cranking. gl

Yep do a compression test and also check all your grounds and fuses.

Ok, i adjusted the valves and it fired right up. Now it just won't stay running and the timing belt is loose on the back side of the motor. How do i get it tight?

I have it running now. Have a check engine light for IACV...would that make it shudder while driving? I put a manual oil pressure gauge on it, and it's holding pressure just fine, although i had a light for it.

Yup, did you forget the seal or maybe have a vacuum leak.

All motor...what seal are you talking about? As far as vacuum leaks...i don't know, but i'll check tomorrow, do you think it could be just a bad IACV?

BTW, how is your stroker motor holding up? This is mine finally in and running.

also FYI there is a common Main Relay issue on the Integra's, and most Honda's really. it's likely been documented here before, however i work at a Toyota/Honda dealer (parts) and recently had a very similar no-start issue myself. as i was instructed 'kick' the main relay (i found that tapping it with the handle of a screwdriver is just as adequate, and sounds a whole lot less abusive ) its located down by your clutch pedal under the kick panel, and the relay will get stuck closed after you get a few miles on the vehicle, tapping it opens the circuit up and allows the vehicle to start. as my tech instructed me, replace the relay as soon as you have this problem.
