how do i take it off,

im also changing the rotor too

 

i also need help with taking off the distributor cap and changing the rotor.

 

the cap comes off with three small screws off the distributor. Just unscrew those, unplug the cables from the cap, and pull.

As for the actual dizzy, its held on my three 12mm bolts to the block. pull the plug off the clip then disconnect it. Remove the three bolts and pull after you remove the four plug wires from it. There will be a small oil leak coming from the block.
