hello, well i got i issue with my car. well i just recently swapped in a b series motor into my 97 civic and i converted it into a obd 1. now i went to the emissions for some reason their system couldnt read my car. Now is that because i converted the car to an obd 1? also, i reseted the battery the night before i went to the emissions too and them guys told me that it could of been because i resetted the battery. well if any of you guys who did a obd 2 to obd 1 conversion and passed the emissions please give me some tips.
