Question which motor?
New person here... Hello to everyone.
I have a 95 civic with a 1.6 v-tec that has a rod through the block, with a 5 speed. I am looking for a plug and play motor change. Will I need to stay with a v-tec motor for all the wiring to work and the computer or will a non v-tec work ok?
Thanks

JDM OBD1 D15B Vtec is probably your best bet, reuse your old intake manifold or add the purge solenoid to the back of the D15B manifold. They're dirt cheap (I paid $683 shipped for mine with no tranny), low mileage and they drop right in. Just remember to change your timing belt and water pump.
