Default Ticking Noise Drivers Side Front

When I shift and give my f22b1 Prelude gas, theres a weird ticking noise, Constantly. It stops when I shift, but as soon as its in gear it ticks again. Anyone know why?

Your statement is unclear. It makes the noise when you are driving in gear? when you push the clutch in it goes away?

possibly junk in your differential case? maybe your thrust bearing going out? If you put the car in neutral while it is still rolling does it still make the noise?
