well i just wanna know how they did that, i honestly do. I mean that had to be some good custom skills. I wanna know who did that, if it was a shop or who? i'm looking for pointers on a h22 swap myself

that is the only pic i have.. they were taken at last years IDRC finals in palmdale... i think the guy said he was running 12.9's or something in that area..

I believe that is the stock prelude airbox with the stock CRX intake piping to the throttle body, is what it looks like -- because the prelude one is much longer.

and also u can see he relocated the battery (which probably was the first thing he did) for clearance and definantly opens up more area for the intake.

looking at that and looking at the first gen out side, there is no way that's possible.

looking even closer, whats up w/ that battery bracket on the radiator support has a black hase around it, i.e photoshopish looking

I think its funny how the shadow is perfectly straight over the entire engine bay, even though the surfaces are at all different angles.

But I'm willing to give it the benefit of the doubt.

Back in 97 there was a guy from the Old Honda Hybrid board that also had one in a Black 85 CR-X ..they have been done

... but I'll I remember was the guy had no form of traction what so ever and he had to use bigger tension rods up fron that were made buy LightSpeed..??
but that was back a few years ago
