Default 2002 accord se coupe suspension, headlight issue

i just had eibach sportline suspension installed on my car. it is a two inch drop, i have velox vx8 rims with fuzion zri 225-45 tires. the front sits and rides fine while the back is much lower, sitting only 1/4 to 1/2 inch off the tire. also it bounces up and down like an old caddy would, does anyone had an idea of why it is like this or how i could fix it. Also i have halo projector headlights and the beam is pointing directly at the ground about four feet infront of my car, does anyone know how to adjust these headlights? any input would be greatly appreciated thank you.

well the stock suspension on accords normally are higher than the rear ... if you have a 2inch all around ... your gonna have the same problem ... dont tell me you got lowering springs and didnt do yourself the favor of buying a new set of struts ... why do the work twice lol

no i had new struts and the springs i bought it as a kit it was like $700 and its only been on for just over a week...less than 200 miles. if there blown ill just take it back and make them replace it bc i dont drive fast it has a stock engine so no point in making myself look like an ***, so i know that its nothing i did. thank you guys much appreciated.
