Default 4wire o2 sensor ECU Pins

i have a 96 CX hatch (OEM 1 wire O2 sensor) with a VX swap (OEM 5wire O2 sensor), but the swap has a 4 wire O2 sensor wired in.

I did none of the work, and don't know any of stats, as far of the wiring harness and such.

It does have a boomslang ob2-ob1 conversion harness in it.

I hooked up my apexi turbo timer. (which has the AF voltage readings on it.) it always reads .71-.74 basically 14.2 according to its narrow band. so after looking into it further I think I am just going to hook my 4wire 02 sensor straight to the ECU.

I have this info, but I am still missing 2 wires. any help?

A6-PO2SHTC O2 sensor heating element Org/Wht, Battery Voltage with KOEO

D14-PHO2S O2 sensor White, heated 02 sensor Signal, 0.4-0.5V when ignition is turned on; drops to less than 0.1V within 2 minutes

is it a VX ecu?

Find an online manual (or buy one) and you'll be much better off.

right now its a VX ECU, but it will be a chipped p28 soon.

so it would be the p28 pins I am looking for.

the car currently runs with a CEL already. and that wont fix with out a 5wire o2 sensor. (I am getting ready to swap in a d16z6 and want to have all the sensors functioning)

Personally, I'd wait until I had a p28 before I tried to sort this issue out.

Schematics tell all though. Do a search for 'online manual'.

i have the p28 do you think it would be detrimental to run the vx engine on the p28 ecu?

no it won't be detrimental.
try the P28 and see what happens, nothing will blow up

i got everything working out.

Since I wasn't used to working on obd-2 cars I ended splicing the ground for the A/F meter into the heater circuit and not the sensor circuit.

So that was part of the problem. The other half was using the the VX ecu (5wire O2) the pins are different on that ECU than a P28 for A/F.

I swapped in my p28 and rode to work today with it. (kept the VX under my seat incase I needed it) everything worked fine, and I am finally driving with out a CEL for the first time in a year.

had it been any other ECU besides the VX it would have worked since. But long story short - I don't have to repin the O2 sensor.
