Default d15b

swaped my engine from d16y7 to d15b vtec. engine started and ran for 5 minutes with p2p ECU then stalled. fuel relay fuse was burnt. changed it, but now when i put the ignition on ON, fuel pump runs, but distributor sends fire to plugs without motor being turned on? why? could it be ECU is fried? when i put my stock p2e ECU, there is no fire sent or no fuel? why? could both ECU's be fried? if not, could it be distributor?
With the P2P ECU it starts somewhat, but miss fire everywheres, with no timing controls at all.
